• Purchases made by consumers as defined in the Polish Civil Code may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, by withdrawing from the contract.
• The condition for us to accept the return is the delivery of undamaged items (please pack the items safely), without signs of use, and presentation of proof of purchase.
• We refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned package.
• We process the refund using the same method that the payment was made with, unless we have agreed with the Buyer otherwise.
• We do not refund return delivery costs. The cost of delivery of the returned goods lies with the Buyer. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
• If the Buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest available, we do not refund delivery costs over and above those resulting from the cheapest available delivery method.
• Returns of items made in accordance with the individual specification agreed with the Buyer are not possible.

workshops

• Due to the fact that purchasing the right to participate in the workshops means reserving a place at those workshops, the refund of funds in case of resignation from participation depends on the remaining time until the start day of the workshops.
• If we receive information about resignation:
  • not less than 7 days before the designated day of the workshops (the first day in the case of multi-day workshops) - we will return 100% of the payment made;
  • not less than 3 days before the designated day of the workshops (the first day in the case of multi-day workshops) - we will return 50% of the payment made;
  • less than 3 days before the designated day of the workshops (the first day in the case of multi-day workshops) - we will not return the payment made.
  Eg. for workshops taking place on Saturday at 18:00, if you inform us about resignation:
  • until the previous Saturday (including) - we will refund 100% of the payment made;
  • until Wednesday at 18:00 - we will refund 50% of the payment made;
  • later than that - we will not refund the payment made.

how to make a return

1. Send us information about the products you want to return to email address returns@makaki.studio.
   In the message, please provide:
   • order date,
   • order number,
   • full name and address of the person returning,
   • list and quantity of items being returned.
   We would appreciate it if you could also provide the reason for the return.
2. You will receive confirmation from us that the return procedure has started.
3. Pack the products safely, in the same way they were packed on the way to you and send them back to us. Please use the following address:

4. After receiving the shipment, we will confirm that the items are undamaged and within 14 days, we will process the refund.
