Purchased products can be returned within 14 days from receiving an order.

The condition for accepting the return is delivering an intact item (please prepare the package carefully), without signs of use, including the sale document (or the copy of it).

Please send returned products to:

with a note “return”.

Before making the return please send us information about the order to makaki@makaki.studio. In the message please include:

• order date
• order number
• name and address of the customer

We will be grateful if you also include the reason for the return.

The refund will be made within 14 working days from receiving the return package.

The payment will be returned to the account from which it was made. In the case of card payment, the refund will be made to the account associated with the card.

The shipping cost is not refunded. The cost of delivering the returned items is on the Buyer’s side.
